GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT & LOGISTICS PROTOCOL

SOMNATECH provides global shipping to support sleep optimization labs worldwide. We are committed to a transparent, efficient, and data-driven delivery process.

I. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number to monitor your hardware’s transit in real-time.

II. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

      ●  United States / Canada: 7 - 12 business days.

      ●  Europe / UK: 8 - 14 business days.

      ●  Australia / New Zealand: 7 - 12 business days.

      ●  Rest of World: 10 - 20 business days.

      ●  Note: Transit times are estimates and may be subject to local postal delays or customs clearance protocols.

III. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT Once shipped, you can track your package via the link provided in your confirmation email or through our Track Your Order page located in the footer menu of our website.

IV. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For international orders, please note that SOMNATECH ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your regional regulations. These fees are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

V. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your hardware is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received, please contact your local courier. If a shipment is verified as lost in transit for more than 15 business days, contact our team at support@somnatechsleep.com for a priority investigation.
