100-NIGHT PERFORMANCE & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At SOMNATECH, we stand by the engineering quality of our sleep essentials. We understand that recalibrating your biological rhythm requires a period of adaptation.

I. 30-DAY STANDARD & 100-NIGHT PERFORMANCE TRIAL

     ●  Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unused items. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with all original tags and factory packaging.

     ●   Performance Trial: For our core sleep hardware (e.g., Weighted Masks), we suggest a 14-day adaptation period. If your sleep quality does not measurably improve within 100 days, you are eligible for a satisfaction-based return.

II. SANITARY EXCLUSIONS For physiological hygiene standards, Mouth Tape (Restore Strips) and other consumable items cannot be returned once the individual sterile seal is breached, unless a verifiable manufacturing defect is present.

III. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

       1. Contact our support laboratory at support@somnatechsleep.com with your Order ID.

       2. Once approved, we will provide detailed return shipping instructions.

       3. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect upon arrival.

IV. REFUNDS Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
